Terms of Service

Every project or subscription is defined in writing before work begins: what we will deliver, the timeline, the price and how it is paid. If that written agreement (a proposal, quotation, order or contract you have accepted) says something different from these Terms, the written agreement applies for that project or subscription.

Information on the website, including prices, ranges in the project planner, timelines and features, is a general guide. It is not an offer, and it becomes binding only once it is confirmed in a written agreement.

You may use the website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malicious code or misleading information;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or any client system;
• copy, scrape or republish its content, screenshots or design in bulk without our written permission; or
• interfere with the website’s normal operation, or with other people’s use of it.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.

For websites, applications and other software we build for you:

• Scope. The written scope lists what is included. Changes or additions requested later are estimated separately and added once you approve them.
• Your part. You agree to provide the content, access, decisions and feedback the project needs, on time. Delays on either side move the timeline accordingly.
• Delivery and acceptance. We share progress during the work and deliver working software. You review each delivery and tell us of any problem against the agreed scope.
• Launch and training. Where the agreement includes it, we set the software up for you and train your staff at go-live.

Our products (Royaal-SD, Juest, QR App and MilkShell) are licensed, not sold. While your subscription or licence is active and paid, you may use the product for your own business, for the number of properties, outlets or users agreed.

You may not resell, sublicense, copy or reverse-engineer a product, or use it to build a competing product. Trial periods, such as the QR App free trial, end automatically unless you choose a paid plan. Product features may be improved or changed over time; we will not remove a core feature you rely on during a paid term without notice.

Where a product gives you logins, you are responsible for the people you give access to, for keeping passwords private, and for activity under your accounts. Tell us at once at info@shelldan.com if you believe an account has been misused.

Prices are agreed in writing before work begins. Custom projects are paid in stages, as set out in the agreement; subscriptions are paid in advance for each monthly or yearly period. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Indian rupees and applicable taxes (such as GST) are added.

Payments are non-refundable unless the written agreement says otherwise. If a payment is late, we may pause work or access to the product until it is settled, after first letting you know.

• Custom software. Once it has been paid for in full, the source code we write specifically for your project belongs to you, as set out in your agreement.
• Our products and tools. Our ready-made products, and the reusable libraries, components and know-how we bring to projects, remain ours. Where they are part of your custom software, you receive a permanent licence to use them as part of that software.
• Third-party parts. Open-source libraries and third-party services stay under their own licences and terms.
• Your material. Your content, data, logos and trademarks remain yours. You allow us to use them only to deliver the work.
• This website. The website’s text, design, screenshots and the Shelldan name and logo belong to Shelldan Technology Solutions and may not be reused without permission.

Unless you ask us not to, we may name your business as a client and show the work in our portfolio, without revealing confidential information.

We keep your business information, ideas and data confidential and use them only to deliver the work. How we handle personal information, including what you send through the website, is explained in our Privacy Policy. Where our software stores your customers’ or staff’s data, you remain responsible for having the right to collect it, and we process it only on your instructions.

Support is available every day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, by phone and email, at the level set in your agreement or subscription. We release fixes and improvements from time to time; for products we host, updates are applied for you. For custom software, support after the agreed period is provided under a separate support arrangement.

Our software may connect to services run by others, such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS and email providers, maps, hosting providers, online travel agencies or exchanges. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, charges or actions.

Our crypto, stock and commodity trading software carries out strategies and risk limits that you approve. It is software, not financial advice. Losses are part of trading, past results do not predict future ones, and we do not guarantee any profit. You decide what to risk and are responsible for your trading decisions and for complying with the rules of the markets and exchanges you use.

We build and support our software with care and will fix defects against the agreed scope during the agreed period. Beyond what is stated in your written agreement, the website and our services are provided “as is”, and we do not promise that any software will be completely free of errors or interruptions, or that it suits a purpose not described in the scope.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project or subscription is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate Shelldan Technology Solutions for claims, losses and costs caused by your breach of these Terms, by unlawful use of the website or our software, or by content or data you provide that infringes someone else’s rights.

You may end a subscription at the end of any paid period, or a project as set out in its agreement; work completed up to that point is paid for. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously breached or payments remain unpaid after notice.

When a product subscription ends, you can ask us at info@shelldan.com for an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted. Sections on ownership, confidentiality, liability and governing law continue to apply after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any disagreement by talking it through with you. If that does not resolve it, the courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, unless a written agreement with us says otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not alter a written agreement you have already signed. If you keep using the website or our services after a change, the updated Terms apply.
